  • Please review my policies (they will be presented to you before service regardless)

    Please review my pricing models (this way you will be informed & able to make decisions based on what you know)

    Please fill out a request form(s) & secure your spot with the 10% deposit due when booking; this protects me from cancellations.

    Pictures of the space are required to be sent to me before service date.

  • It is important to be mindful of the fact that I will not rush to service your home. I value your time & my own and will work diligently, but times may vary.

    An estimated time will be quoted to you before service begins.

  • Unless a home is more than 40 minutes from my beginning location, no travel fee will be charged. However, if a home is 40+ minutes away from me, a small fee may be charged.

  • Being in the home is not necessary but is also obviously welcomed during your clean.

  • Yes, please give as much notice as possible, but I absolutely understand & I am happy to accommodate your request to reschedule.

  • I do not clean the following:

    • Blood

    • Feces or Urine

    • Vomit

    • Body Fluids

    • Medical Waste

    • Active infestations

    • Mold (excessive/unsafe)

    • Extreme Hoarding

    • Attics, Crawlspaces, or Roof tops.

    • Appliance interiors with heavy rot or maggots

    • Homes that have not been lived in for long periods and contain extreme grime or animal mess.

    • Exterior windows above ground level

    • Siding

    • Gutters

    • Anything requiring power washing

  • If additional time is needed due to extra dirt, clutter, or unforeseen conditions, I will notify you before going over the estimated hours. Extra time is billed at $35/hr unless otherwise discussed.

  • Yes, all supplies are covered by me & brought with me.

    *Should one of my products break/become unusable before service, you will be notified so that we can determine our options.

  • If you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 24 hours and I will gladly return to address any areas of concern asap, at no additional cost.

    • If a major area is missed (photo proof required)

    • An add-on was missed

    • If I had to leave mid-clean due to emergency, illness, or injury (a partial refund for anything I did not get to/ or a free re-clean will be given.)
