Accepted payments include Cash, Venmo, Checks, & Cash App.
A 10% deposit is due upon booking; the remaining balance is due at completion of service.
This helps secure appointment spots & reduces last-minute cancellations.
Payments not received within 3 days of service may incur a $10 late fee.
If payment remains unpaid after 7 days, future appointments may be paused until the account is current.
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $15 fee. Emergencies, Illness, or Injuries are exceptions to this.
If you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 24 hours and I will gladly return to address any areas of concern at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided after services are rendered.
A $15 fee will apply for any returned payments or chargebacks.
Lamb & Lavender Cleaning Co LLC reserves the right to modify service or pricing with notice. Payment terms are subject to change as business policies evolve.
Lamb & Lavender Cleaning Co reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at any time if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or if we determine that continuing service is not in the best interest of our staff or business operations.
